Up date.

Hello all you people in blogger land, how are you!! I'm just starting the second full week of classes. My schedule is almost figured out. And today was a good day for making progress, i could almost understand and focus on most of what my history teacher was saying! I'm enjoying the cooler weather which was not here when i first arrived. It rains almost every night so its kind of like Missoula, but even more rain. I'm also starting to get my bearings in this maze of a university, it's shaped like an eight with classrooms all the way around. I will get my internet in a few weeks also and then i will blog about all the wonderful (and very funny) pictures i have been taking. How is life back in the states/Canada? I hung out with friends this weekend and we went to a very good Indian resterant in Old Lyon yesterday, right by the River at night, very beautiful. I'm so glad i saw that, i was getting a gloomy dog poop marked view of the city from around where i live. Well i had better go, i need to get some reading done.
See ya
Clay

Clay--I didn't find any instructions for sending another book. I have sent the two that you asked me to, did they not get them? Hope I get my computer back soon, oh yes I got ahold of mom and Wadell and Reed and they are taking care of it by fax, so it should be in mail to here soon. Bye LOVE you Gramma

Hey Clay,
Sorry it took me so long to comment on your blog when you've been so faithful to comment on mine! Glad to hear of your adventures. I can relate. About coming to Russia, just let me know if you wanna! I can get a visa for you if you give me a month's notice. . . I'd love to see a Missoula face. It does cost, though. I'm not sure how much it would be from France. Mine was about $300, but that was for a year. Just let me know what you have in mind. Take care!

claydock!
dogpoop view, huh? that made me laugh, but also i know what you're talking about. i hate rain. i know that's a very unpopular opinion to have, like rain is so poetic or something, and i've tried, believe me i have, to like rain but i've just come to the conclusion that it really complicates my life, not to mention depresses the socks off of me. (run-on sentence) sure, i like a good summer thunderstorm as much as the next girl. when i choose to be out in it, that is. slovakia is rainy, and i'm still in the midst of deciding if her incredible beauty is worth that price. (ok, i can tend to overexaggerate:)

Yes double responce from the same family! Jamie, i have a couple of 2 week breaks and then i want to travel in the summer a little bit, but i dont know when i want to come to Russia and how long i should go? how long would you think is good? I would probably be willing to stay longer than i would in most cities since i know you there. I haven't thought of any of my travel stuff yet.

Jess, Thank you for the message. it was fun reading about your distaste for rain. I'm developing a strong distaste for French burocracy (i can't spell). My class schedule is getting messed with again. AHHHH three weeks into classes. It will work out though, i didn't come here for nothing, later you two

Hey Clay,

I enjoy reading the posts. I just tried to call you using this free service, but it didn't work. They say that they can't do cell phones in some countries so that's probably the problem.

We're working on the float for homecoming here in Missoula.

Miss you,
Lance

Hey Lance, that's awesome that you tried to call me, i've been really missing my friends back home. I have friends here but they aren't you guys and they aren't christians so in a way i get lonely for that. and yea i guess it costs extra to call a cellphone in france, even if you are calling from in france. God bless, tell everyone hi and that i miss all you guys! later
